The library will be closed AT LUNCH on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, so the trivia team can prepare for their last competition of the year. Please come in at morning recess to check out all of the new books and turn in the books you finished.
Overdue Day is this Thursday. Do some spring cleaning on your backpack and locker and check for overdue library books. If you have lost books, you need to replace them, so see Mrs. Gilchrist to clear your account before the end of the year activities.
Today is Draw a Picture of a Bird Day. To celebrate, we are having an art contest. You could win a bird stuffie. Entries are due to Mrs. Gilchrist by lunch on Friday April 12th. Your entry must be of a bird, no bigger than 8 1/2 X 11 paper and any medium is OK. Please put your name and grade ON THE BACK of your entry. There are step by step instructions in the library if you need inspiration. See Mrs. Gilchrist or Ms. Alich if you have any questions.
