Hi Crocker,
This week in sixth period, we hope you continue collecting WISH LIST items for the soldier in Afghanistan in the 101st Airborne Division. They miss a lot of things about their home in America, and each year, Crocker sends a Care Box for the holidays for each of the young men and women stationed there over the holidays. They miss all the things we would miss, friends and family, TV, music, warm beds, their pets. We can't send those things, but we can send letters, magazines, puzzle books and snacks and hygiene items to keep them going, and keep their mind off their fear and their stress.
Bring what you can! Your sixth period teacher posted a WISH LIST in your classroom last week, and your C. S Rep brought in a a collection box in last week! Try to give what you can! We don't want to send the boxes half empty this year! The drive ends on November 12th! Thank you, Crocker, for your generosity and caring!
