Book Club will meet this Wednesday at lunch in the library. We are talking about Starsight and other sci-fi books. New members are welcome at any time. Sorry, Crocker, but the library will be closed to other business during book club.
On Thursday during first period, we will have round one of the Geography Bee. Each first period class will generate a class champ, and those class champs will compete after winter break. For more information, see Ms. Gilchrist in the library. First period teachers- your materials for the Geo Bee will be in your mailbox very soon.
In public library news.... the deadline for the NovCon short story contest is Friday, December 20th. Pick up a flyer in the library for more information.
Winter Reading at the Burlingame Public library is underway. Drop by the library to pick up a reading log. You could win some fun prizes.
