CELL PHONES & EARBUDS

Good morning, Vikings,

Cell phones and personal electronic devices may be confiscated if they are seen during the school day, and a parent or guardian may be required to retrieve the device from the school office. The office phone is available for student use when needed; you can use it during a break. Repeated offenses will result in a referral to an administrator.

  1. 1st offense - phone is turned in to the office and the student can retrieve it after dismissal

  2. 2nd offense - phone is turned in to the office and the parent/guardian can retrieve the phone after dismissal

  3. 3rd+ offense - phone must be turned in each day for one week or more and can be retrieved by the student after dismissal

If you want to use AirPods and other wireless earbuds in class, you need to ask your teacher's permission, and they need to be connected to your Chromebook and not your cell phone. AirPods worn outside of class may be confiscated and brought to the office.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Lisa Ayer
