Calling all poets ages 11-18. The Burlingame Library is celebrating United Against Hate Week with poetry. Submit your original poem by October 1st, and you might see your entry posted in front of Burlingame City Hall. For more information, see the poster in the Crocker Library or ask Mrs. Gilchrist. Poems must be submitted using their online form.
September is Library Card Sign Up month. While you do not need a library card for the Crocker library, we want to make sure all HCSD students have a public library card. If you are new to Hillsborough or have lost your public library card and need a replacement, see Mrs. Gilchrist for an application for a Burlingame Library card. Return your application to Mrs. Gilchrist by Tues. September 30th. She will drop them off at the public library for processing, and your new card will be delivered to school for you.
