Hello Crocker Families. This Wednesday we will be having some amazing Veterans speaking to our students about their experiences. We would also like to add a student component to this event. Please participate in one of the following ways:
Write a letter of gratitude to the Veteran coming to your classroom on 11/8
Bring a little treat for your Veteran that is coming to your classroom on 11/8
Drop off a Veteran letter of gratitude at the Hillsborough Veterans day event on 11/10 at Hillsborough City Hall. Find a veteran there and give them your letter of gratitude or treat.
or
Find a veteran in your community and tell them thank you for their service and give them a gratitude card or treat.
Students that participate in this event will receive two community service hours.
