We've recently been made aware of some issues in the bike area. Helmets have been moved, dirt and food left on seats, and even brakes and wires have been tampered with. This behavior is both unsafe and illegal. Please contact Ms. Ayer if you have any information regarding this vandalism.
Please remember to lock your bike or scooter securely to the racks by the gym, including locking your helmet to your bike or scooter. Staff will be more vigilant about monitoring the bike areas, and school resource officers may also visit periodically.
Respect your classmates' property—leave their bikes and helmets untouched. Bike safety is serious, and actions meant as jokes can lead to real injuries. Tampering with bikes can result in consequences from both the school and the police.
