Reminder: Elevator Use

Good morning, Crocker,

The elevator is available to students with documented medical needs. This includes students with temporary conditions—like those in a medical boot or on crutches—as well as those with permanent disabilities. To use the elevator, students must have a note from a physician and obtain an Elevator Pass from the Crocker office.

Remember:

• Students must have an Elevator Pass or staff permission to use the elevator.
• If a friend needs assistance, you may ride the elevator with them to carry their belongings. However, this privilege may be revoked if misused.
• Please handle the elevator with care, as repairs can be costly.

Students who use the elevator without permission will be referred to an administrator. Thank you for helping us keep the elevator available for those who truly need it.
